Here it is - finally! I am leaving for Philadelphia in 5 days and have had the whole summer to create a blog and am just now getting to it. Where does the time go?

Currently I am feeling anxious about my journey. I am sort of feeling unprepared, considering that I haven't packed everything and still need to pick up a few things. I am just now calling and finalizing information.

I hope to post stories and experiences on this blog while in Ghana, West Africa with the Peace Corps. I have never used a blog service and am slightly personal so this will be a good experience and will hopefully allow me to share my experience with friends and family all over the US. Enjoy!
